Skyrim mayhem

Just a quick update. After my 20 hour work day I spent the rest of my day playing a game that is one of my favorite games and game series. The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim. Usually I play this game on the console but today I loaded up my pc version so I could tinker around with mods.

This is the first time I have ever used mods in Slyrim and the process was made easy with Steams workshop. For a few mods, I needed to delve deeper into the Internet to find those. I spent more time looking for mods and installing mods than I did playing the actual game. The modding community is so large that I just got lost flipping page after page of all the talented individuals creating content for this game. I wish I had the skill and knowledge to make my own mods sometimes.

I plugged in a few texture mods to make the game look better and character models not look so blocky. The Naruto ninjutsu list was a must have for my magic class as well as Midas magic. These two are really fun so far, even though I only have a fireball and healing magic from the Naruto mod and have to create the mods magic.

The next set of mods I implemented was a few weapon mods. In honor of Monty Oum I downloaded the RWBY weapon set pack because I wanted to use that scythe for the longest time. I do wish the modded made the "block" button fire a projectile of some sort. That would have added to the wow/fun factor. Next up was the Brotherhood sword from FFX which is now my favorite one-handed sword in this game. There was a few other weapon packs I added but have to find them or craft them.

Last mod I added was Mary J's mod. This adds a follower and a base of operation near the 3 starter stones. A nice hatch door brings you down into a dark and mysterious room where there is a vault filled with goodies.
